Stir the following in mixer, let rest for 10 minutes:
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Add:
3-4 cups flour slowly into bowl, mix using dough hook, dough should not be sticky.
Place dough on floured surface and roll into a rectangle with rolling pin. Cut into thin strips.
Meanwhile melt one cube of butter into jellyroll pan. Coat dough in butter and place into pan. Let rise for 25 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, careful not to brown them or they get too hard.
