Shrimp-Topped Bagels

2 green onions

4 ½ oz. tiny salad shrimp

¼ cup sour cream

2 tsp. lemon juice

¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)

10 mini bagels, split and toasted


Slice onions, reserving sliced green tops. Combine shrimp, sour cream, and white slices of onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and ½ cup of the cheese. Spread a rounded teaspoon shrimp mixture on cut side of each bagel. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Arrange bagels on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, in a 400-degree oven 5 to10 minutes or till heated through. Top with green parts of onion. Makes 20
