Shelly’s Pasta Salad

1 pkg. garden rotini (used to be able to get this at Sam’s, not sure now)

Provolone cheese

Cheddar

Salami (hard variety with out peppercorns)

Ham

Sliced carrots (optional)

Broccoli florets-torn into little florets (optional)

One bottle of Paul Newman’s Italian dressing with Olive Oil

Chopped black or Greek olives


Order provolone, cheddar, salami and ham from the deli; ask for a slice about ½ to 1 inch thick. Cube the cheeses and meats. Boil rotini according to package directions, drain. Combine everything together and toss with most, if not all, of the dressing. Chill. Tastes best the next day.
