2 dl (200 milliliter on your measuring cup) ketchup
2 dl brown sugar
3 cloves of pressed garlic
4 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
3 tablespoons sweet chilisauce (like the kind you use for Thai food)
Tabasco, as you please
Salt and pepper
My favorite memory of eating these ribs was when we all went to the Charlottenlund Beach in Copenhagen and Peter brought a grill to make these and prepared them right there on the beach! He also made them at our “Going Away” party when we left Denmark. The flavor is spectacular!
