Pepper Jack Croustades

Sliced French bread

Butter


1 small can chopped black olives

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

½ cup mayonnaise (Hellman’s is the best!)

3 Tbsp. chopped green onion

1/8 tsp. red pepper

¼ tsp. ground cumin

red bell pepper, cut into strips


Heat broiler. Slightly toast bread on one side, and then butter the opposite side. Mix all remaining ingredients, except the pepper strips. Spread mixture on bread. Arrange pepper on each bread slice with a criss-cross pattern. Broil for 3-4 minutes till bubbly. A real crowd pleaser!
