1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup creamy Jif peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Scoop with 1 oz. ice cream scoop onto parchment, dip a fork in granulated sugar and put a criss-cross pattern in each cookie. Cook at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or till done. This recipe is a beyond yummy one you will not regret.
