1-8oz. cream cheese, softened
2 jars Kraft pimento cheese spread
1 small pkg. bleu cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced green onion
Beat well till creamy. Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes to chill. Crush almonds finely. Flour hands and pat cheese into 1 large ball. Roll in nuts and wrap in wax paper. Return ball to freezer and take out 1 hour before serving.
I always wondered who was using that Kraft pimento cheese spread! My grandmother used to get it many moons ago and she would wash out the jars and use them as drinking glasses. They are such cute little glass jars.
