Lasagna

Directions:

Boil 6 Lasagna noodles (not too tender), drain; rinse with cold water. Lay out on paper towels. Brown 1 1/3 lb. Ground beef and drain. Add 1 can tomatoes (chopped), 1 can tomato paste, salt, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, parsley; simmer. Thinly slice 1 pkg. mozzarella. In bowl mix: 1 egg, 1 small container cottage cheese, salt, pepper, Parmesan. Layer: 1st noodles (overlapping), cottage cheese, meat sauce, repeat and end with meat sauce. Bake for 30 min; let sit for 10 min and serve. (Alice Jensen)
