Sliced roast (beef)
Brush sliced roast with liquid smoke. Pepper heavily. Marinade over night. Place meat on racks, touching but not overlapping. Allow enough uncovered space for good circulation. Bake at 150 degrees (or as low as oven will go) for 11 hours. Meat should be dry. Who knows more about cooking than Kirk?
