Kiran’s Sloppy Joe Sauce

1 lb. ground beef

½ cup onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup ketchup

1 Tbsp. white vinegar

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar

Buns


Brown meat, garlic, and onions until meat is no longer pink, breaking it up as you cook. Combine all of the liquids and add to the pan. Cook, uncovered, for about 30 minutes on low heat. Thickens as it cooks. This makes a fabulous Sloppy Joe and it’s so effortless!
