Horseradish Sauce

This goes very well with the steak fondue above! It makes almost too much.

1 cup sour cream

3 Tbsp. drained, prepared horseradish

¼ tsp. salt

Dash of paprika

Combine ingredients and serve chilled. Makes 1¼ cups.
