Heidi’s Wheat Bread

4 Loafs


5 cups very warm water

3 Tlbs. yeast

1 ½ Tlbs salt

½ cup sugar

½ cup wheat germ

¼ cup flax seed meal

½ cup oil

½ cup honey

5 ½ cups wheat flour

5 ½ cups white flour


Add all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into 4 greased loaf pans. Rise 40 minutes. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
