Crabmeat Tartlets

Christi Jensen

1 ½ lb. thin sliced Pepperidge Farm white bread

1/3 cup butter, melted

4 ½ oz. fresh lump crabmeat

¾ cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

1.3 oz. grated Havarti or Swiss cheese

¼ tsp. Worcestershire

1/8 tsp. or more Tabasco

Paprika and parsley for garnish

Cut bread with daisy cookie cutter to scallop edges. Brush bread with butter and place in miniature muffin tins to bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or till light brown. Combine other ingredients, spread onto bread and bake for 8-10 minutes. 22 tartlets

Mark and I had these at the first Oracle Christmas party that we attended when he first started working back in 1987. The hostess, Marianne Hoffman, made them herself and they were sooooo palate pleasing!
