Caramel Corn

2 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

½ cup corn syrup

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. soda

1 tsp. vanilla

6 Qt. popcorn


Mix butter, sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to boil (med to low heat). Don’t stir. Let boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn in a big bowl and stir to coat. Put in 250 degree oven and stir every 10 minutes for 1 hour. Allow to cool and store in airtight container. Perfection!
