½ cup warm water
2 Tbsp.yeast
1 cup hot water
1 ¼ cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
6-8 cups flour
Mix together yeast and water and let it sit. Mix together all other ingredients except for the flour. Add yeast and water with 2-3 cups flour. Mix well. Slowly add together the flour. Roll, butter, and fold 5 times. Cut and place in pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 350. (Leslie Owen, the Queen of Rolls)
